3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

4.2 Withdrawals

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the cv99ap platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other players and Platform staff at all times.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, games, or random number generators;

6.2 Intellectual Property
All content on the cv99ap platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, marketing copy, and the cv99ap brand identity — is the intellectual property of cv99ap or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any cv99ap content without prior written authorisation.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
cv99ap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your cv99ap account at any time by contacting the support team via email at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, cv99ap will verify your identity and ensure that all pending wagering requirements have been addressed. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal processing timeframe and KYC requirements.
7.2 Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability
